Erwin J. Abcede, GC
President

Erwin J. Abcede [E.J.] is the President and CEO of L.E. Construction, a visionary who controls the day to day operations for the company.

E.J. is a serious minded, determined individual who takes a hands on approach to carefully oversee and manage the company and its employees with respect, pride, and fairness.

He is responsible for operational activities concerning construction work, including establishing and maintaining the client base, current systems and processes in regards to project management, developing cost structure, corporate strategies, and financial developmental plans for the company.

He demonstrates consistent effort and refuses to compromise on quality or the honorable reputation that precedes both the company’s name and his own name.

Above all and most important to E.J. is meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations with the end product.

He stresses the importance of customer service and implements his experiences in management and as a consumer to bring a unique, innovative, straightforward approach and enjoyable experience to each and every valued client.

Today, L.E. Construction has grown quickly as they continue to offer their services to residential clients while servicing commercial clients such as Pechanga Resort & Casino, Pala Resort & Spa Casino, Crowne Plaza Hotel & Commerce Casino, Luxor Hotel Casino, MGM Grand Casino and all their affiliates.

Lastly, they are continuing to operate on the majority of their referral basis with their commercial and residential trade clients and will continue to expand their services to both commercial and residential markets.

Michael Ong, CPA
Controller

Michael is a carpentry school graduate and former Controller of one of the nation’s top 10 homebuilders, Richmond American Homes, a wholly owned subsidiary of MDC Holdings (A NYSE company). There he mastered construction accounting and how to run a construction company.

Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Officer, Realtor and completed 3 of the 4 parts for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Michael graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. At the university, he received Dean’s List honors 7 times, Chancellor’s honors 2 times and graduated with a Major GPA of 3.82.

Michael also attended the Masters Business Taxation program at the University of Southern California (USC) concentrating on general taxation and real estate taxation.

Michael has practical experience in the field of construction, working alongside his father building patios, remodeling and repairing homes, etc.

Michael held positions as Controller, Assistant Controller, Staff Accountant, Broker-Officer, Realtor, Junior Loan Officer, Tax Preparer, Junior Associate, Personal Banker, and Sales Associate and has experience in the following industries:
